Strakkino represents the realization of a project of five young friends with the aim of offering traditional Ligurian products in a different way. The restaurant was inaugurated in February 2014 in the heart of Genoa, in Via Alla Porta Degli Archi and over the years it has undergone a substantial restyling of its interior spaces up to the current conformation: a large and bright interior room with furnishings of designs that make the location even more modern, a room on the lower floor and an outdoor terrace on the pedestrian street. But the project has no borders and wants to export the Ligurian tradition also abroad with the creation of a real "Strakkino" franchising.



The flagship products are La Strakkino, La Moreskina (also in the BIG and BIG Special versions with gourmet ingredients) and La Taskina, which were joined by numerous desserts in addition to the delicious Fokaccette stuffed with cheese. Whatever the proposed product, the common denominator remains the high quality of the raw materials used. Preparation always takes place on the spot and on sight with extreme care both for the dough and for the presentation to the public.



Strakkino today focuses on three formulas: eat in, away and delivery. The staff is not only trained on the preparation of the product, but also on the welcome that must be dedicated to customers: education, competence and friendliness are basic characteristics. Strakkino must not only be a place for a quick lunch break or a delicious dinner, but also a place where you can peacefully spend your time with the desire to return. Open from Monday to Saturday from 12 to 15.30 and from 19 to 23, the central and busy location allows Strakkino to be an ideal location for events and private parties, vernissages and presentations.
